SAP Planning & Analytics User Summit - Hudson Yards

Analysis Prime’s first-ever in-person event has quickly come and gone, but you can learn about it and what to expect at future events in this brief recap.

On August 30th, 2022, Analysis Prime partnered with SAP to host a user summit around planning and analytics in Hudson Yards, NY. The event brought together dozens of our partners as well as FP&A executives and business users.

Being pioneers in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementation, Analysis Prime understands the importance of user adoption for long-term customer engagement. It is our passion for customer success that inspired us to curate a detailed agenda focusing on user adoption and expansion.

During the event, we addressed participants’ top-of-mind pain points and shared rich content and perspectives of existing customers, SAP thought leaders as well as internal product experts. The day-long event honed in on the following themes and topics:

  • Positioning the customer for success by focusing on the right use case and setting clear expectations by:

    • Exploring line of business (LoB) scenarios and empowering customers to begin their SAP Analytics Cloud journey with the right use case.

    • Sharing the first-hand SAC implementation journey of our customer, Virtua Health, via a panel discussion.

  • Accelerating customer adoption through expert-led guidance and understanding of:

    • Differentiation between implementation and adoption.

    • Correlation between increased adoption and investment in dedicated support and continued education.

  • Increasing utilization and expansion into other SAP products with maximized ROI and minimal risk through:

    • Standard Service Package

    • Guided implementation

  • Leveraging Customer Success to ensure success at every phase of the customer’s solution’s lifecycle.

Participants also got to see how SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC) could help with enterprise-wide data sourcing while exploring use cases where DWC can drive ROI. Additionally, attendees got a close look at SAP’s high-speed Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) solution, which combines modeling, calculation, workflow, and what-if analysis to enable companies to allocate and analyze at a granular level for quick business reactions.

The information-packed event concluded with a happy hour, filled with great food, drinks, and laughter. If you missed the New York User Summit and want to learn more about SAC, get live views into DWC and PaPM and hear our customers’ implementation journey, be sure to join us in Downers Grove, Illinois, on October 25th, 2022!
